Before joining the Allure Team in 2024, Leslie worked as a registered nurse for over 14 years specializing in orthopedics, post-surgical care, and trauma. Leslie craved more autonomy in her practice and yearned to broaden her skills even more – prompting her to obtain her advanced nursing degree as a Nurse Practitioner. Leslie specialized in orthopedics and neurosurgery as an NP before joining the Allure Team.

While learning a multitude of skills in a wide variety of specialties, Leslie discovered her true passion was stepping out of the hospital setting, and into an area where she could develop close relationships with her patients, helping them feel and look better with less risk.

She loves to focus on other areas of health, such as wellness, regenerative medicine, joint health, and hormone replacement therapy… and truly believes that feeling our best includes looking our best as well!

In her free time, Leslie is an avid Crossfitter and loves to read!
