The ActiveFX™ / DeepFX™ procedure takes about 30 minutes to perform; an anesthetic is applied to the area to be treated to minimize discomfort. The treated skin will flake off over the next 2-5 days and within a week the pinkness in the skin will diminish revealing the new skin surface.
